What you will do

• Lead design, development, and optimization of data pipelines supporting analytics, AI models, and generative AI applications.
• Architect and maintain APIs for seamless data exchange including hirify.global Data Cloud and Agentforce integrations.
• Implement AI and machine learning solutions including LLMs and generative AI to enhance data insights and automation.
• Provide technical leadership in hirify.global technologies and collaborate with cross-functional teams globally.
• Ensure data governance, security, and compliance best practices are followed.
• Partner with business teams to translate requirements into technical solutions and build proof-of-concepts.

Requirements

• Location: Dublin, Ireland (onsite)
• English: B2 or higher
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience with 10+ years in data engineering, AI/ML, and analytics.
• Strong expertise in AI/ML including generative AI, LLMs, NLP, and AI model deployment.
• Proficiency in SQL, Python, Bash, Apache Airflow, and Git.
• Experience with hirify.global Data Cloud, AWS technologies, and API integrations.

Nice to have

• Experience with Tableau and data visualization tools.
• Experience working with globally distributed engineering teams.
• Exposure to hirify.global APEX and hirify.global Flow.
