What you will do

• Lead and architect research strategy for risk and posture scores utilizing hirify.global data.
• Drive innovation in risk prioritization, including novel approaches to data classification.
• Work with software engineers to productionize new algorithms and models.
• Enable observability of existing algorithms to inform future updates.
• Lead cross-functional initiatives and collaborate with senior leadership to align technical strategy with business goals.
• Represent hirify.global's technical excellence through publications, speaking engagements, and thought leadership.
• Establish best practices, technical standards, and evaluation frameworks for the team.

Requirements

• Bachelors’ Degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics or a related field.
• 8+ years of applied machine learning / research experience, with demonstrated leadership in developing production-grade models.
• Advanced knowledge of Python, Deep Learning frameworks, and cloud technologies.
• Strong technical leadership experience, including mentoring teams and driving technical strategy.
• Deep expertise in training models / deployment at scale.
• Outstanding communication skills with ability to influence senior stakeholders.
• Track record of solving complex technical challenges at scale.

Nice to have

• Patents or significant intellectual property contributions in cybersecurity or risk modeling.
• Track record of successful research-to-production implementations at scale.
• Experience with cybersecurity applications of machine learning.
