TL;DR

Health System Sales Executive (Medtech): Identifying and closing new business opportunities with hospitals, health systems, and healthcare providers for clinical performance solutions with an accent on building relationships with C-suite decision-makers and driving sales targets. Focus on consultative selling, account planning, and effective product demonstrations to optimize care delivery and patient experience.

Location: Home-based within Arizona, Nevada, Utah, or Washington (including Seattle, WA). This role requires approximately 40% overnight travel.

Salary: $122,800 – $228,100 (Total Target Cash, yearly)

What you will do

  • Identify key contacts and decision-makers within customer organizations and develop exceptional relationships.
  • Create and implement Account Plans within prospective accounts.
  • Drive new business opportunities to exceed quota and annual sales targets.
  • Collaborate effectively with internal stakeholders including Product Management, Marketing, Operations, and Implementation.
  • Provide accurate sales reporting and forecasting, keeping current records and managing account data in CRM.
  • Promote, drive, and deliver on promotional product strategies, including remote product demonstrations.

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of successful B2B technology solution sales experience in healthcare.
  • Proven track record in prospecting, closing new business, and consistent quota achievement.
  • Demonstrated experience with consultative selling to identify and solve customer problems.
  • Ability to accurately forecast new business opportunities.
  • Excellent analytical, organizational, problem-solving, communication (verbal and written), and presentation skills.
  • Fluency in English and knowledge of the regulatory environment in healthcare.
