What you will do

• Enable a robust, secure, and efficient CI/CD platform for 700+ hirify.global engineers.
• Ensure best practices and high operational efficiency for the CI/CD infrastructure.
• Provide outstanding solutions and educate hirify.global engineers on efficient and reliable delivery practices.
• Consolidate various CI/CD tooling and provide standardized delivery solutions using ArgoCD, GitHub Actions, and Kubernetes.

Requirements

• 5+ years of software engineering experience.
• Experience working in developer acceleration and infrastructure-related areas such as system engineering, CI/CD tooling, or infrastructure as code.
• Experience writing code in a server-side programming language.
• Solid knowledge of Kubernetes, microservice concepts, and service-to-service interaction at scale.
• Familiarity with GitOps and related CI/CD toolset: ArgoCD, Kargo, GitHub Actions, Terraform.
• Strong troubleshooting skills, with the ability to diagnose and resolve complex issues across CI/CD pipelines, infrastructure, and distributed application layers.

Nice to have

• Golang or Python experience preferred.
