Senior DevOps Engineer (DevEx)

Location: Hybrid work model, with an option to work from one of hirify.global's 13 global hubs (co-headquartered in San Francisco and Amsterdam).

What you will do

• Enable a robust, secure, and efficient CI/CD platform for over 700 engineers.
• Ensure best practices and high operational efficiency for CI/CD infrastructure.
• Provide solutions and educate engineers on efficient and reliable delivery practices.
• Consolidate CI/CD tooling and provide standardized delivery solutions using ArgoCD, GitHub Actions, and Kubernetes.

Requirements

• 5+ years of software engineering experience.
• Experience in developer acceleration and infrastructure-related areas such as system engineering, CI/CD tooling, and infrastructure as code.
• Experience writing code in server-side programming languages (Golang, Python preferred).
• Solid knowledge of Kubernetes, microservice concepts, and service-to-service interaction at scale.
• Familiarity with GitOps and related CI/CD tools like ArgoCD, Kargo, GitHub Actions, and Terraform.
• Collaborative and communicative, able to align engineering with product goals.
