Location: Hybrid (3 days/week in office) in Toronto, Ontario, Canada

What you will do

• Provide strategic leadership and support to leaders and stakeholders on people-related projects and plans.
• Act as a trusted advisor and coach to leadership to enhance effectiveness.
• Manage employee relations issues as the first line of contact.
• Drive proactive conversations with business leaders using People data.
• Partner with internal stakeholders on initiatives like Career Development, Talent Management, and Employee Engagement.
• Lead special projects as required by client groups or the P&C team.

Requirements

• Extensive experience in an HR Generalist and People Business Partner function within a software technology company.
• Bachelor’s Degree in HR or a related discipline.
• Experience working on large, global, and complex projects.
• Fluency in English is required for this position.
• In-depth experience in Employee Relations and complex employment legislation in Canada and US.
• Knowledge of US labor regulations.
