What you will do
- Monitor quality performance of sellers on product and delivery aspects by analyzing data and recommending corrective actions
- Support creation of customer-facing materials including FAQs and deployment of AI-based chat bot solutions
- Coordinate creation of agents knowledge base documenting existing processes
- Work on process improvements to better manage customer issues
- Support customer care agents in operational tasks
Requirements
- Location: Must be based in Bordeaux, France
- Relevant analytical skills to identify business insights and share recommendations
- Experience in customer service
- Fluency in French and English
- Proven business sense and skills for transversal management
