TL;DR

Salary: €1,100–€1,300 per month

What you will do

  • Monitor quality performance of sellers on product and delivery aspects by analyzing data and recommending corrective actions
  • Support creation of customer-facing materials including FAQs and deployment of AI-based chat bot solutions
  • Coordinate creation of agents knowledge base documenting existing processes
  • Work on process improvements to better manage customer issues
  • Support customer care agents in operational tasks

Requirements

  • Location: Must be based in Bordeaux, France
  • Relevant analytical skills to identify business insights and share recommendations
  • Experience in customer service
  • Fluency in French and English
  • Proven business sense and skills for transversal management
