What you will do

• Own bi-annual budget exercises and set targets for Trade-in metrics and profitability.
• Manage P&L per country and category, analyze variations, and propose corrective actions.
• Define KPIs and build tracking frameworks and tools.
• Identify and prioritize growth opportunities, lead action plans, and perform market and competitor analysis.
• Lead launches of Trade-in in new countries and categories, coordinating cross-functional teams.
• Communicate progress and engage key stakeholders across the company.

Requirements

• Location: Hybrid work in Bordeaux, France
• Master's degree or equivalent with 7-10 years experience in fast-paced environments with large business unit accountability.
• Strong cross-functional project management and communication skills.
• Data-driven with proficiency in Google Sheets and basic SQL.
• English fluency required; French is a strong plus

Nice to have

• Experience with process automation tools (Zapier, Workato) and AI agents.
• Experience with CRM, Google Analytics, and data visualization tools (Tableau, Looker, Amplitude).
• Additional languages such as Spanish or German.
