What you will do

• Lead and mentor engineering leaders and ICs across the Foundations and Enablement domain.
• Drive initiatives to scale and strengthen core infrastructure, ensuring global reliability and resilience.
• Develop a world-class data architecture for analytics, reporting, and cross-system data flow.
• Protect the platform, customer data, and internal systems through strong security and operational practices.
• Build technology that enables scale through smarter systems and automation for customer and operational processes.
• Manage technology vendors and partners, ensuring ROI and alignment with the technical roadmap.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in software engineering, including 5+ years in leadership managing managers.
• Proven success leading infrastructure, data engineering, or platform teams at scale.
• Deep understanding of cloud infrastructure (preferably AWS), data architecture, and modern deployment practices.
• Experience with business systems (CRM, ERP, or similar) and cross-functional technical collaboration.
• Strong grounding in information security, compliance, and governance frameworks.
• Exceptional leadership presence with the ability to coach, motivate, and develop senior engineering leaders.
