hirify.global is building a financial management platform to help medium and large enterprises plan finances and monitor cash flow in real-time, leveraging AI to automate decision-making.

What you will do

• Build and deploy customer-facing and internal multi-agent AI assistants (e.g., TellMe).
• Translate business problems into AI solutions with tangible customer value.
• Improve AI models for transaction enrichment, accounting, and forecasting using techniques like RAG, fine-tuning, and LLM orchestration.
• Own the usage and performance metrics of your AI models and features.
• Collaborate with product and QA teams to ensure quality and reliability.
• Contribute to the AI roadmap and identify new use cases, staying updated on industry trends.

Requirements

• 6–8 years of engineering experience, ideally in fast-paced tech environments.
• Strong experience in Python, LLMs, RAG techniques, and AI Agents.
• Deep understanding of how to design AI products from a customer and business value perspective.
• Curiosity, proactivity, and up-to-date with the latest AI technologies.
• Comfortable working in English and collaborating with international peers.
• Fluent in Spanish and a working level of English.
• Educational background in Engineering, Maths, Statistics, Physics, or similar.

Nice to have

• Experience with cloud platforms (GCP), APIs, or modern ML pipelines.
• Previous exposure to fintech or enterprise SaaS.
• Experience developing AI products with real usage and adoption.
