What you will do

• Support the building and development of digital teams, including onboarding and skill promotion.
• Assist in resource and capacity planning to ensure project efficiency.
• Contribute to process optimization and quality assurance within the unit.
• Manage communications with customers and internal stakeholders.
• Actively work on digital projects, spanning UX workshops, concept, and technical coordination.
• Support business development efforts through proposals and presentations.

Requirements

• Initial leadership tendencies and a desire to grow into a leadership role.
• Several years of experience in digital environments (agencies, e-commerce).
• Understanding of UX/UI, technical architectures, e-commerce, and data-driven setups.
