What you will do

• Build, recruit, and strategically develop a new specialized team for digital travel, defining clear roles and responsibilities.
• Lead and develop your team of digital travel specialists, promoting individual strengths and fostering a customer-oriented, motivated environment.
• Oversee resource planning, team budgeting, and develop lean, scalable processes for high-quality travel project implementation.
• Optimize communication interfaces between customers, project management, and your team for efficiency and transparency.
• Collaborate with hirify.global experts in data, analytics, performance, content, and creative to deliver holistic digital travel solutions.
• Support the strategic and technical development of hirify.global in digital travel as a key member of the leadership team.

Requirements

• Deeply rooted in the travel industry with extensive knowledge of its dynamics.
• Several years of experience in a management position, ideally within the travel, tourism, or digital services environment.
• Proven responsibility for team building, leadership, and organizational development.
• Strong strategic thinking, consulting quality, people skills, and excellent communication abilities.
• Organizational skills to ensure stability, quality, and smooth processes in travel projects.
• Change and growth mindset, capable of integrating new ways of working, including AI-supported processes and modern travel tech.
