What you will do

• Participate in client meetings to gather requirements and clarify product functionalities.
• Develop a deep understanding of client operational processes, metrics, and financial product types.
• Translate client feedback into clear, actionable requirements for the product team.
• Produce functional analyses and documentation for development and QA teams.
• Collaborate closely with Product Managers, Product Owners, QA Reporting, and Client Delivery.
• Support client onboardings and the ongoing evolution of functionalities.

Requirements

• 2–5 years of experience in the financial sector (private banking, wealth management, middle office, custody, asset management, or family office).
• Familiarity with financial products, performance metrics, multi-asset portfolios, and operational processes.
• Advanced Excel skills.
• Basic or intermediate knowledge of agile processes and tools suchs as Jira or Confluence.
• Advanced Spanish (C1) and English (C1).

Nice to have

• Valuable certifications in markets/finance (EFPA, CFA Level I, CAIA, or others).
• A third language.
