What you will do
- Lead and scale the product team, fostering a culture of ownership and continuous improvement.
- Define and lead the product strategy, aligning with company goals, market trends, and customer needs.
- Own the product roadmap, balancing short-term priorities with long-term innovation.
- Partner with senior leaders, especially in engineering and business, to define the long-term product vision.
- Leverage data, user research, and market insights to drive product decisions and improve customer experience.
- Collaborate with commercial and operations teams to ensure seamless go-to-market strategies.
Requirements
- 8+ years of product management experience, with at least 5 years in leadership roles (Head of Product / Product Lead / CPD).
- Proven track record building and scaling consumer-facing digital platforms.
- Experience in ticketing, e-commerce, events, or marketplaces is highly desirable.
- Strong strategic thinking with the ability to translate business objectives into actionable product plans.
- Deep understanding of UX/UI best practices, agile development, and data-driven decision-making.
- Expertise in analytics and experimentation (e.g., GA4, Mixpanel, Amplitude, A/B testing platforms).
- Exceptional leadership and communication skills to align stakeholders and inspire cross-functional teams.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for innovation and customer-centric solutions.

- Experience with international markets and scaling products across regions.
- Familiarity with ticketing technology trends, including mobile-first experiences, payment integrations, and fraud prevention.
