What you will do

• Lead and develop the Creation Department (around 13 specialists), fostering creativity, quality, and team spirit.
• Manage resource planning and the department budget, optimizing processes for project execution.
• Coach and mentor team members, promoting an open feedback and learning culture.
• Optimize communication and interfaces between clients, project management, and the Creation Department.
• Support recruiting processes to ensure sustainable growth and clear roles within the department.
• Collaborate with other team leads and the Creative Director on strategic development and project distribution.

Requirements

• Several years of experience in a management position, ideally in a digital environment, with proven team leadership and organizational development.
• Strong people, team, and coaching skills, leading with clarity and empathy.
• Structured thinking, planning, and efficient resource management to ensure stability and quality.
• Strategic understanding of how creative work, design, and technology interact within corporate goals.
• Excellent communication skills with customers and stakeholders.
• Change and growth mindset, pragmatically integrating new ways of working like AI-supported processes.
• Hands-on leadership, solution-oriented decision-making, and maintaining an overview in complex situations.
