What you will do
- Implement marketing activities strictly adhering to vendor corporate guidelines.
- Manage the full lifecycle of MDF/COOP Funds business processes, including planning, coordination, and reporting.
- Organize and conduct various marketing events such as seminars, webinars, and exhibitions.
- Develop and execute advertising campaigns and loyalty programs across several countries (Moldova, Slovenia, Ukraine, the Balkans, the Caucasus, and Central Asia).
- Collaborate with vendors, partners, and internal teams on all marketing-related matters.
- Prepare detailed reports on marketing activities and analyze campaign effectiveness.
Requirements
- Higher education in a technical or marketing field.
- Proficiency in English and Russian languages.
- Strong communication skills and ability to interact effectively with partners and colleagues.
- High level of self-organization, responsibility, and attention to detail.
- Ability to quickly absorb new information and adapt to change.
