What you will do

• Listen to customers, identify requirements, and recognize potential
• Analyze business models, target groups, market situations, and competitive environments
• Develop digital roadmaps with clear measures, priorities, and success criteria
• Support and structure digital projects from idea to implementation
• Prepare, moderate, and follow up on workshops
• Collaborate closely with strategy, UX, data/tech, performance, and project management teams

Requirements

• Location: Must be based in Salzburg or Vienna, Austria
• Several years of experience in digital consulting or managing digital projects
• Ability to understand and structure customer requirements into actionable measures
• Experience in planning, moderating, and following up on workshops
• Very good German and good English skills
• Analytical thinking and structured approach to work

Nice to have

• Experience in project management and change processes
• Knowledge of building customer journeys and digital user experiences
