• Develop and implement retention marketing strategies.

• Work systematically to improve key product metrics related to user activation, retention, and return.
• Develop recommendation logic for email, SMS, and web push in the company’s ESP system.
• Launch and develop new retention channels.
• Conduct regular user and market research to find new growth opportunities.
• Lead strategic development of the department and participate in goal setting.

• At least 2 years of experience in email or retention marketing.
• Analytical thinking and data-driven decision making.
• Ability to create technical tasks for development.
• Proven success in achieving business goals through validated product hypotheses.
