What you will do

• Align marketing campaigns with supply and market demand by partnering with Marketing and Market Managers.
• Build and maintain SQL-based reports monitoring campaign and supply health metrics like ROAS, CAC, and AOV.
• Analyze funnel performance and marketplace trends to identify actionable insights and opportunities.
• Stay updated on marketing trends, attribution changes, platform updates, and AI workflows to improve processes.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Market Managers, Channel teams, Ops, Product, CRM, and Finance.
• Identify bottlenecks and automation opportunities to enhance marketing operations.

Requirements

• Must have 3+ years experience in marketing analytics or similar analytical roles.
• Fluent in marketing metrics such as CAC, CPC, ROAS, CVR, AOV, and retention.
• Strong SQL skills for querying large datasets and building reports.
• Proficient in Excel/Sheets; experience with visualization tools like Tableau, Looker, or Data Studio is a plus.
• Familiarity with analytics and tracking tools such as GA/GA4, ad platforms, UTMs, MMPs, and GMP; Salesforce experience is a bonus.
• Fluent English (spoken and written) is required.

Nice to have

• Experience with Salesforce and advanced visualization tools.
• Interest or experience in AI tools and workflows.
