What you will do
- Conduct in-depth functional testing across all Oracle SIOCS (V23+) modules, including inventory.
- Plan, design, and execute functional, regression, mobile, cross-browser, and API tests.
- Develop and maintain test cases, test plans, and documentation.
- Work closely with developers and product owners to understand requirements.
- Validate releases across major browsers and mobile platforms.
- Report testing progress, risks, and escalations in time, and contribute to process improvements and mentor junior testers.
Requirements
- Education: A Bachelor's or Master’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related technical field is typically required.
- Experience: 4+ years as a QA Engineer.
- Strong understanding of software testing practices.
- Deep understanding of Oracle SIOCS (V23+) functionalities and retail inventory operations.
- Hands-on experience with Oracle Xstore (V23+).
- Experience with cross-browser / cross-platform, mobile UI/functional, and API testing (Postman, SOAP UI or equivalent).
- Exposure to Agile methodology.
Nice to have
- Jira–Zephyr / Xray experience.
- SQL knowledge.
- Java knowledge.
- Selenium automation skills and experience building/enhancing automation frameworks.
