Events & Programming Manager (Gaming): Manage and execute a high-volume calendar of gaming-related events and programming at a members-only physical hub with an accent on end-to-end event production, stakeholder and vendor management, and programming strategy. Location: Hybrid in Tel Aviv, Israel with on-site presence required including evenings and occasional weekends. Eligible to work in Israel; no visa sponsorship available.

What you will do

• Build and execute a quarterly programming plan delivering 2–3 events weekly including meetups, workshops, game jams, tournaments, and launches.
• Own end-to-end event production including budgets, timelines, staffing, vendor coordination, and on-site execution.
• Source and manage external organizers, speakers, and sponsors ensuring brand alignment.
• Coordinate space readiness with technical teams and manage ticketing and payment reconciliation.
• Drive attendee experience and safety with continuous feedback and improvements.
• Report weekly on performance metrics and maintain documentation to standardize event planning.

Requirements

• 4–6 years of hands-on events production or programming experience in coworking, hospitality, media, or gaming.
• At least 2 years of full ownership of event production and budget management.
• Strong production skills including run-of-show design, AV fundamentals, streaming, and on-site troubleshooting.
• Data-driven mindset with experience defining targets and reporting KPIs.
• Fluent Hebrew and English (spoken and written).
• On-site role in Tel Aviv with core Sun–Thu hours and regular evening and occasional weekend events.
• Eligible to work in Israel; no visa sponsorship available.
