What you will do

• Become a thought partner to elite legal teams, understanding their workflows and inefficiencies.
• Identify and develop high-value Banking & Finance use cases across the full legal lifecycle.
• Manage client adoption from pilot design to full practice-wide implementation.
• Conduct best-in-class demos and training for Banking & Finance lawyers.
• Provide client insights to influence hirify.global's product development for lending workflows and financial documentation.
• Define playbooks and frameworks for generative AI adoption in Banking & Finance.
• Guide clients through the AI shift, quantifying ROI and mapping workflow changes.

Requirements

• 3+ years PQE (Post-Qualification Experience) from a top-tier Banking & Finance legal practice.
• Proven exposure to senior-level work in various finance areas (leveraged, acquisition, real estate, corporate, structured, asset-backed finance).
• Practical understanding of deal unfolding, complexity, and inefficiencies.
• Strong curiosity for technology and generative AI possibilities.
• Excellent communication skills with both legal partners and engineers.
• Comfort with ambiguity, complexity, and fast-moving environments.
• Proactive, self-directed approach, capable of managing multiple client relationships.

• Tech-curious and product-savvy, able to navigate technical conversations around generative AI and innovation.
• Skilled in translating across legal and engineering disciplines.
• Ability to bring structure to ambiguity and maintain a credible presence in fast-paced settings.
