What you will do

• Lead the creation of all audiovisual content, focusing on video and podcasts, for the Affluent business.
• Own and align the hirify.global Affluent Video Content Strategy with wider business needs and brand guidelines.
• Capture and edit multimedia content, ensuring quality and consistency across all video and audio formats.
• Plan, shoot, and edit compelling video content for campaigns, product launches, and social channels.
• Manage lighting, sound, and camera setup for both in-studio and on-location shoots.
• Collaborate with stakeholders across the business to align visuals with campaign objectives and embed video across the customer journey.

Requirements

• Proven experience across the full production cycle: concept, storyboarding, filming, editing, and final delivery.
• Advanced skills in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, and the Adobe Creative Cloud Suite.
• Proficiency with professional camera equipment, lighting setups, audio capture, and colour grading.
• Strong organisational and project management skills to juggle multiple priorities and ensure timely delivery.
• Comfortable travelling within the UK for on-site filming.
• Experience producing B2B or multi-brand video content.
