What you will do

  • Provide exceptional customer support via live chat, email, phone, and social media ensuring quality and KPI adherence.
  • Manage client communication channels and main inbox for timely and accurate responses.
  • Document and categorize client issues to generate actionable insights for service improvement.
  • Maintain and update the Website Support Page and Knowledge Base.
  • Improve client communication methods and enhance conversion and retention ratios.
  • Assist clients with account verification processes.

Requirements

  • Fluency in English and strong communication skills.
  • Experience in a similar client support role with a strong customer focus.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, evolving environment with attention to detail.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft applications, Google Drive, Gmail, Slack, MT4, and MT5.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively within a team and uphold company values.
