What you will do

• Implement SRE concepts to improve product and system reliability.
• Serve as escalation point for customer issues and lead root cause analysis.
• Create technical documentation and share knowledge across teams.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies and drive collaboration on projects.
• Lead cross-team technical collaboration during critical escalations.
• Advise stakeholders and provide occasional off-hours support.

Requirements

• Must be based in Poland with sponsorship to live and work in Poland.
• Minimum 5 years IT experience with Java and Kubernetes expertise.
• Experience with system monitoring tools like Grafana and Prometheus.
• Familiarity with AWS services including EC2, S3, CloudFront, EKS, and RDS.
• Experience with Agile development processes and SQL optimization.
• Strong technical documentation skills for diverse audiences.

Nice to have

• Experience with production Java troubleshooting tools.
• Knowledge of CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, ArgoCD, GitHub Actions.
• Infrastructure as code experience with Terraform.
• Defining and implementing Service Level Objectives.
