What you will do
- Design and build autonomous systems triggering multi-channel outreach (Email, SMS, Voice) based on high-risk signals.
- Develop backend systems powering AI concierge agents to guide members through care journeys.
- Oversee data ingestion and tagging pipelines for healthcare claims data used in ML models.
- Improve ML models to enhance targeting and outreach relevance.
- Lead development of agentic AI systems including outbound AI voice agents and multi-channel orchestration.
- Build monitoring tools and dashboards to evaluate AI agent performance and manage LLM token budgets.
Requirements
- Must have 5+ years production ML experience and 2+ years engineering management experience.
- Experience building AI agents, backend scalable systems, and managing diverse technical teams.
- Proven ability to work cross-functionally with business, product, and growth teams.
- Legal right to work in the United States; no visa sponsorship available.
- Experience in high-growth environments balancing speed and quality.
- Strong technical leadership and backend architecture skills.
Nice to have
- Healthcare claims data or regulated industry experience (fintech, insurtech).
- Light full-stack development skills for internal tools.
