HR Business Partner

📍 Minsk, Belarus (Hybrid, 3 days in office)
Rakuten Viber is one of the world’s most widely used apps, connecting hundreds of millions of people daily. The team in Minsk is looking for an HR Business Partner to support key HR initiatives, employee experience, and global HR projects while helping Viber continue its evolution into a super-app.
What you’ll do
— Lead HR activities: engagement initiatives, anniversary programs, best-practice implementations
— Support and improve HR processes: onboarding, engagement surveys, team health checks, retention, L&D, performance management
— Contribute to global HR and employee experience projects, including recognition programs
— Act as HRBP for managers and employees (on-site + remote)
— Plan and execute corporate events and milestone celebrations
— Manage HR-related procurement (gifts, services, vendors)
What you bring
— 3+ years of HRBP experience in international IT companies
— Strong English proficiency (C1)
— Hands-on experience with AI tools for HR, with real business impact
— Strong numerical and budgeting skills
— Empathetic, friendly, professional communication style
— Adaptability and resilience in a dynamic environment
— Knowledge of Belarusian labor law and experience with employee relations
— Solid MS Office / G Suite skills, including Excel (e.g., VLOOKUP)
