What you will do

• Schedule and attend video calls to assist clients with hardware, software, and network troubleshooting
• Handle inbound tickets related to hardware setups and payment inquiries
• Perform on-site diagnostics, installations, and repairs at client locations
• Maintain expert knowledge of hirify.global-compatible hardware and update Help Center content
• Organize technical trainings and act as liaison between vendors, internal teams, and clients
• Resolve payment-related escalations and support payment operations projects

Requirements

• Must be authorized to work in the United States
• Experience supporting EMV devices, Boca ticket printers, and POS peripherals
• Background in SaaS or IT and familiarity with networking fundamentals
• Strong verbal and written communication skills with ability to mentor team members
• Self-starter able to manage workload independently
• Experience with TeamViewer application
