• Collaborate with Operations and Recruiters on recruitment forecasting.
• Implement best practices, engineering vision, strategy, policies, and procedures.
• Explore and implement innovative technologies to improve the platform and experience.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in management.
• Master's degree within the engineering field.
• Up-to-date knowledge of the industry.
• Strong leadership, communication, and management skills.
• Experience with Agile methodology.
