What you will do

• Lead and modernize hirify.global’s experimentation program to increase product velocity.
• Partner with Product and collaborate across hirify.global group to derive actionable insights.
• Lead and develop a cross-functional team of software, data, and data science engineers.
• Collaborate with data science and engineering teams on new features and tooling integrations.
• Partner with product management to prioritize work and meet obligations.
• Develop, communicate, and realize the long-term experimentation vision.
• Mentor and lead Mexico-based employees within the Core Data Tech and Platform Engineering team.

Requirements

• 8+ years of management experience.
• Degree in engineering, science, or a related discipline.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and a strong passion for collaboration across organizational boundaries.
• Strong orientation on business impact.
• Commitment to supporting career growth and development.
• Ability to make and communicate difficult decisions about priority and scope.
• Willingness to engage in details on both software and science topics.
• Candidates must be able to work remotely from any of the 50 United States or be based in Mexico City to support the Mexico-based team.

Nice to have

• Prior experience with experimentation.
• Experience managing large-scale software platforms with disparate stakeholders.
• Proficiency in Python and modern data technologies such as Spark.
