We are building cutting-edge advertising technology and are looking for an experienced Senior Full-Stack Engineer with deep expertise in real-time systems and RTB platforms. You will play a key role in the design and development of high-performance DSP/SSP components, working on complex distributed systems where every millisecond counts. This is an opportunity to have a significant impact on our technology stack and product direction.

Key Responsibilities:
• Design, build, and optimize real-time bidding systems with extremely low-latency requirements.
• Develop scalable backend services in Node.js (NestJS), handling high-throughput traffic and real-time decisioning.
• Build client-facing dashboards, reporting tools, and management interfaces using
modern frontend frameworks (Vue.js or React).
• Architect and maintain data pipelines across MySQL, Redis, and ClickHouse for
high-volume transactional and analytical workloads.
• Design and operate message-based streaming architectures using Kafka and RabbitMQ.
• Contribute to infrastructure design, including server tuning, HAProxy/Nginx configuration,and deployment automation.
• Participate in architectural planning, scaling strategies, and system performance
optimizations.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with product, operations, and data teams to support business growth.

Requirements:

• 7+ years of hands-on Javascript software development experience.
• 5+ years in TypeScript and Node.js, with production experience using NestJS.
• Experience with Vue or React
• Solid experience building and scaling DSP/SSP platforms or other high-throughput RTB systems.
• Deep knowledge of distributed systems, low-latency processing, and system-level optimizations.
• Expertise with relational and analytical databases (MySQL, Redis, ClickHouse).
• Experience with Kafka, RabbitMQ, or other real-time streaming/messaging platforms.
• Familiarity with DevOps processes, CI/CD pipelines, server configuration, and load balancing (HAProxy, Nginx).
• Strong problem-solving skills with a focus on performance, reliability, and scalability.
• B2 English

Bonus Points For:
• Experience optimizing bid request pipelines (OpenRTB, Prebid, Header Bidding).
• Familiarity with high-performance logging, monitoring, and observability stacks.
• Experience with containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
