What you will do

• Lead full global IFRS accounting, tax, project-cost, and management reporting cycles under US GAAP.
• Co-lead rollout, configuration, and continuous improvement of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central.
• Build and coach a finance and accounting team of up to 5 people.
• Drive automation of core accounting processes and build Power BI dashboards for finance and KPIs.
• Manage intercompany accounting, consolidation workflows, and internal controls.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Delivery, HR, and IT teams.

Requirements

• Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field with at least 15 years of progressive experience.
• Strong understanding of IFRS and US GAAP financial reporting.
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central and month-end close processes.
• Fluent in English and proficiency in Ukrainian or Russian.
• Advanced Excel or Google Sheets skills and strong communication and leadership abilities.

Nice to have

• ACCA certification.
• Experience automating accounting and reporting processes in Business Central.
• Familiarity with international tax compliance, transfer pricing, and corporate law fundamentals.
• Prior experience in startup or high-growth company environments.
