What you will do

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend applications for the Transportation Management Platform.
• Collaborate with Product Managers, Designers, UXR, and Data Scientists to deliver algorithmic solutions.
• Build and optimize RESTful APIs and distributed systems using microservices architecture.
• Ensure system performance, reliability, and scalability at high throughput and low latency.
• Work with cloud platforms and modern development tools and frameworks.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to ship high-quality product features on schedule.

Requirements

• Location: Hybrid work in Frisco, TX, United States
• Bachelor’s, Master’s, or PhD in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of professional software engineering experience.
• Strong programming skills in Java, C#, or Go.
• Experience with SQL, Oracle, JDBC, distributed systems, microservices, and cloud platforms.
• English: B2 level or higher required

Nice to have

• Knowledge of frontend frameworks like React, Angular, or Vue.js.
• Experience in logistics, transportation, or freight industry.
