Salary: $115,000–$160,000

What you will do

  • Design and implement scalable sales operations frameworks to exceed targets and improve customer outcomes.
  • Lead sales transformation initiatives including process redesign and technology adoption.
  • Foster a healthy, inclusive, and high-performance sales culture aligned with company values.
  • Collaborate with Operations, Underwriting, IT, Finance, and Sales teams to optimize sales strategies and tools.
  • Equip sales teams with CRM, analytics, and automation tools to maximize productivity.
  • Inspire and mentor a high-performing sales operations team and influence stakeholders at all levels.

Requirements

  • Location: Hybrid role requiring presence in USA offices 2 days per week.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or IT; advanced degree preferred.
  • 10+ years in sales or revenue operations with 5+ years in insurance or financial services.
  • Deep expertise in CRM platforms such as Salesforce, Dynamics 365, Zoho, and cloud-based integrations.
  • Strong knowledge of pipeline management, forecasting, sales compensation, and automation tools.
  • Proficiency in SQL, Power BI, Tableau, and Agile delivery methodologies.

Nice to have

  • Experience in business/commercial insurance sales operations.
  • Hands-on knowledge of insurance policy administration systems and sales integrations.
  • Experience leading end-to-end transformation projects and building sales processes from scratch.
