TL;DR

Senior Account Executive (SLED): Achieving maximum sales profitability, market penetration, and growth for hirify.global's Data Integrity suite into assigned Federal agencies and supporting partners with an accent on prospecting to new target accounts and managing existing accounts. Focus on driving pipeline growth, executing business plans to generate new revenue, and consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets.

Location: This position is 100% remote anywhere in the US, however we are prioritizing candidates who are based in the Midwest (Chicago preferred).

What you will do

  • Learn, understand, and convey hirify.global’s product capabilities and benefits.
  • Understand Federal agencies and the Public Sector to deliver insightful client engagements.
  • Drive pipeline growth through effective prospecting and lead generation activities.
  • Build and manage sales pipeline to consistently achieve or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual targets.
  • Develop and execute business plans to generate new business revenue within the assigned territory.
  • Provide accurate forecasting and reporting to Sales leaders and contribute to market strategy.

Requirements

  • Capabilities in managing major accounts and/or previous experience working within the State and Local Departments or Agencies and Academic Institutions.
  • Ability to build relationships at all levels within prospects, customers, partners, and within hirify.global.
  • Excellent selling skills and the ability to close business.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication, and presentation skills.
  • Strong business and operations acumen, especially within the Government sector.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and time management skills.
  • Experience selling into Federal agencies direct and with Partners.

Nice to have

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • Experience in data management, data quality, and location intelligence.
