TL;DR

Solutions Consultant (Healthcare): Driving the pre-sales process by translating mental health solutions into tailored value propositions for complex prospective clients with an accent on technical and clinical concepts, and strategic positioning against competitors. Focus on consultative pre-sales, delivering product demonstrations, and providing technical leadership to achieve growth targets and close new business.

Location: Remote within the United States.

Salary: $138,159 to $168,861 annually.

What you will do

  • Collaborate with Sales throughout the sales cycle, serving as a trusted technical and product advisor to prospective clients.
  • Lead and deliver highly tailored, compelling product demonstrations and technical presentations.
  • Own the technical response section for RFPs and proposals.
  • Support Sales in refining and executing account strategies, ensuring the technical solution and value proposition align with client's business objectives.
  • Collect and synthesize market feedback, competitive intelligence, and client needs from the field.
  • Collaborate with Sales Enablement and Marketing to refine and create high-impact sales tools, technical content, and demonstration scripts.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience as a Solution Consultant, Sales Engineer, or Pre-Sales professional within the B2B SaaS, enterprise benefits, or healthcare technology sectors.
  • Deep understanding of the employer benefits landscape, particularly mental health, employee benefits, health plans, HR technology, benefits administration systems, and the technical and compliance requirements (e.g., HIPAA).
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills with the ability to articulate complex technical and clinical concepts to diverse audiences.
  • Must be physically located within the United States.
