What you will do
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue quotas in an assigned territory.
- Evangelize hirify.global's technology and educate customers on its identity security platform.
- Establish and maintain positive business relationships, driving new business and expansion.
- Identify and qualify leads through prospecting, partners, and industry involvement.
- Align with CISO and key stakeholders in enterprise accounts and create champions.
Requirements
- 7+ years of consistent achievement and direct field sales experience within your territory.
- Proven track record in new business development, overachieving sales targets, and securing net new logos selling identity, security, or enterprise cloud software to enterprise companies.
- Experience selling complex enterprise software, identity solutions, and/or data analytics.
- Effective at utilizing partners, channels, and alliances to amplify market presence.
- Experience selling to "C" suite, specifically CISOs, with strong executive presence and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to travel ~25%.
Nice to have
- Experience in early-stage companies and adapting to high-growth environments.
- History of strategic selling and closing six- to seven-figure+ opportunities.
- Knowledge of MEDDPICC and Challenger methodologies.
- Existing relationships with CISO/decision-makers tied to IAM/PAM/IGA.
