What you will do

• Build and operate developer infrastructure and tooling to enhance developer experience and scalability.
• Support and automate CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins, CircleCI, or other systems.
• Manage source code version control systems and related tools.
• Design tooling to measure and increase engineering velocity.
• Engage in full lifecycle service management from design to deployment and refinement.
• Maintain live services by monitoring availability, latency, and system health.

Requirements

• Location: Hybrid work with minimum 3 days in office per week in Mexico City
• 5+ years development experience with a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
• Experience with developer tooling, Linux administration, and build tools.
• Proficiency in one or more languages: Go, C, C++, Java, Python, or JavaScript.
• Experience managing CI/CD pipelines and deployment/orchestration technologies.
• Strong skills in debugging, automation, and infrastructure as code.
