What you will do

  • Provide subject matter expertise in configuring hirify.global MobiControl software to meet project deliverables.
  • Conduct discovery calls with customers to gather requirements and prepare Scope of Work documents.
  • Execute implementations, migrations, and upgrades of hirify.global software both remotely and on-site.
  • Deliver remote and on-site training sessions on hirify.global software.
  • Act as a Technical Account Manager for enterprise customers, serving as a trusted advisor and escalation point.
  • Provide feedback to the hirify.global software development team to assist with product fixes and enhancements.
  • Support Pre-Sales and Support teams with technical issues and participate in software quality assurance activities.
  • Develop and maintain documentation to support standard implementation and support processes.
  • Accurately document all Work Orders and Support Cases in a timely manner.
  • Log all testing, troubleshooting, and research activities to enhance the support knowledge base.
  • Be willing to travel (approximately 5 -10%).

Requirements

  • 5–10 years of experience in advanced technical roles (e.g., Implementation Specialist, Technical Support, Solutions Architect) with direct customer advocacy.
  • Strong interest in mobility and working knowledge of Android, Apple, and Windows operating systems.
  • Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and troubleshooting skills.
  • Hands-on experience with MS SQL (scripting and administration).
  • Solid understanding of networking concepts and principles, including certificates, SSL/TLS, firewalls, and routing.
  • Proficiency in Windows Server administration (LDAP/AD, services, and troubleshooting).
