What you will do

• Lead and grow a Forward Deployed Engineering team delivering production AI systems
• Own end-to-end delivery outcomes with clarity, speed, and technical quality
• Create tools, playbooks, and roadmap inputs to leverage deployment learnings
• Identify and escalate early indicators in product behavior or delivery practices
• Provide direct, actionable feedback to support team growth and performance
• Define staffing and support models for scalable field teams

Requirements

• Location: Must be based in Singapore or willing to relocate (relocation assistance provided)
• 8+ years engineering or technical delivery experience, including 2+ years managing customer-facing engineers
• Experience leading high-pressure technical projects from prototype to production
• Proficient in writing and reviewing production-grade code in JavaScript and Python
• Ability to make fast, sound decisions under pressure and operate in ambiguous environments
• Strong leadership skills to elevate team performance and build trust
