What you will do

• Lead initiatives to ensure performance analysis is completed and value is communicated to clients.
• Build a "performance assessment playbook" to manage contract performance accountability.
• Collaborate with Data Analytics to understand client performance and automate reporting.
• Participate in deal assessment for ongoing client retention activities.
• Work with Sales and Proposals to craft offers reflecting hirify.global’s value.
• Collaborate with the Legal team to align client agreements with performance accountability strategy.
• Innovate and evolve performance accountability models for hirify.global and the PBM industry.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in analytical, financial, or strategy roles, including 3+ years in healthcare and/or pharmacy industry.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience; advanced degree or MBA preferred.
• Strong background in analytics and program/contracting assessment.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills for diverse audiences.
