What you will do

  • Build, localize, and execute regional marketing plans for ANZ, Singapore, and Asia market openings.
  • Partner with Sales leadership and teams to align on priorities, ABM plays, and pipeline health.
  • Plan and deliver integrated campaigns including digital, events, partner co-marketing, and customer marketing.
  • Lead regional event strategy and represent the company onsite at events.
  • Collaborate globally to ensure messaging consistency and campaign alignment.
  • Manage budgets and vendors with clear ROI discipline and report performance to leadership.

Requirements

  • Location: Must reside in eligible locations within Australia (excluding certain states) or Singapore.
  • 7+ years B2B marketing experience with 3+ years in field/regional marketing driving pipeline.
  • Proven track record of meeting pipeline targets with strong sales alignment.
  • Experience with marketing automation and CRM tools like Marketo and Salesforce.
  • Ability to operate in a multinational, global matrix organization across time zones.
  • Willingness to travel 25–35% across ANZ, Singapore, Asia, and US for events and programs.

Nice to have

  • Experience launching or scaling marketing in new Asia markets beyond ANZ and Singapore.
  • Success in partner co-marketing with cloud, technology, and channel partners.
  • Strong stakeholder management and executive presence.
