Senior Engineer (Machine Learning): Designing, building, and optimizing systems for hirify.global’s pricing logic, machine learning models, and data-driven growth experiments with an accent on turning complex behavioral and market data into real-time, intelligent pricing systems. Focus on building and scaling dynamic pricing algorithms, deploying ML models for prediction, and supporting data and ML pipelines.

Location: London, 5 days a week in the office

Salary: £100K–£130K

What you will do

• Design, build, and optimize systems for pricing logic, machine learning models, and data-driven growth experiments.
• Build and scale dynamic pricing algorithms that respond to real-time user behavior and market signals.
• Assist in designing and deploying ML models that predict user value, engagement, and conversion probability.
• Contribute to experimentation frameworks for testing and optimizing pricing strategies.
• Support the creation of data and ML pipelines integrated with backend services.
• Help improve model reliability, monitoring, and performance across production environments.

Requirements

• Experience building or supporting ML-driven systems in production.
• Strong knowledge of Python, data processing, and system design.
• Exposure to experimentation, dynamic pricing, or predictive modelling.
• Solid understanding of SQL and cloud environments (AWS or GCP).
• Ability to collaborate across engineering, product, and data science teams.
• Willingness to take ownership of your work and grow into larger responsibilities.
• Must be fully present 5 days a week in the London office.

Nice to have

• Hands-on experience with ML model training, deployment, and monitoring pipelines.
• Exposure to pricing, auction, or optimization systems.
• Background in adtech, gaming, or performance marketing environments.
