What you will do

• Create RFP/RFI responses, industry reports, and marketing content for hirify.global products
• Manage the entire RFP response lifecycle and maintain the RFP content library
• Review and ensure compliance with RFP requirements and quality standards
• Translate technical product information into clear, compelling proposals
• Collaborate with Sales, Product, and internal teams to gather information and improve submissions
• Use AI-enabled RFP content management systems like Loopio and AutoRFP

Requirements

• Location: Must be based in Canada
• Bachelor’s degree in a writing-intensive field and 2+ years of B2B sales writing experience, preferably RFPs
• Strong written and verbal English communication skills
• Experience with fintech industry, digital banking, credit unions, and payments
• Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and manage multiple priorities
• Familiarity with AI-enabled RFP content management systems
