What you will do

• Support and supervise external outsource partners in delivering concept art aligned with project vision and quality standards.
• Collaborate closely with Epic Art Leads, Art Director, and Outsource Manager to communicate creative direction and feedback.
• Create concept designs for environments, characters, and FX within the Fortnite ecosystem.
• Document and provide references, quality bars, and technical examples to support outsource partners.
• Ensure assets are consistent, technically game-ready, and meet production requirements.
• Coordinate with internal teams to align concept art with other disciplines and project needs.

Requirements

• Location: Must be based in Porto Alegre, Brazil for onsite work
• Senior-level experience as a Concept Artist in AAA game development.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating creativity, world building, and diverse visual development skills.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills to manage internal and external teams.
• Understanding of game art disciplines, workflows, and production pipelines.
• Ability to organize, estimate tasks, and maintain schedules in a high-pressure environment.
• English proficiency at least B2 level (job posting in English).

• Fluency in additional languages such as Chinese, German, Spanish, Italian, or Russian.
