What you will do

• Design robust, scalable system architectures tailored to hirify.global’s tech stack.
• Collaborate closely with developers, product managers, and designers to translate requirements into clear architectures.
• Guide development through code reviews, proof of concepts, and architectural documentation.
• Write and review technical proposals ensuring alignment with architectural principles.
• Stay updated on new tools and frameworks to continuously improve systems.

Requirements

• Strong English communication skills (B2+).
• 5+ years experience as a Technical Architect or similar role.
• Hands-on experience with JavaScript and C++ development.
• Proven ability to design scalable and maintainable applications, preferably with P2P experience.
• Strong understanding of architecture principles and patterns.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
