What you will do

• Create RFP/RFI responses and industry reports for hirify.global products.
• Manage the entire RFP response lifecycle, ensuring compliance with all requirements.
• Research answers, analyze information from product experts, and translate technical details.
• Ensure consistency, accuracy, clarity, and quality across all documentation.
• Review and edit your own work and the work of others for style and clarity.
• Curate and manage the RFP/RFI content library using tools like AutoRFP and SharePoint.
• Refine, categorize, and improve the RFP content library, and analyze gaps in existing marketing content.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree, preferably in a writing-intensive field.
• 2+ years of experience in business-to-business sales writing, preferably RFPs.
• Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
• Thrive in a collaborative environment, engaging with sales, product, and internal partners.
• Strong aptitude for writing about software and knowledge of the fintech industry.
• Comfortable and experienced with AI-enabled RFP content management systems like Loopio and AutoRFP.
