What you will do

  • Author and maintain API and UI documentation for payments platform covering REST, gRPC, and FIX protocols.
  • Manage documentation using docs-as-code workflows and tools like Git and Redocly.
  • Optimize and build documentation tooling and automation to support product expansion.
  • Collaborate closely with Product Managers, Engineers, and Partner Engineers to gather technical information and set standards.

Requirements

  • Must have 8+ years experience as a Technical Writer documenting complex fintech or payments software.
  • Proficiency with docs-as-code workflows, Git, OpenAPI Specification, and Redocly.
  • Deep knowledge of API-level reference materials and UI guides for payments products.
  • Location: Hybrid with in-office presence in California, USA.
  • Strong fintech, payments, or cryptocurrency/blockchain domain knowledge.

Nice to have

  • Programming experience (Python, JavaScript) to write and troubleshoot code examples and tooling.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects independently and deliver high-quality results on time.
