What you will do
- Author and maintain API and UI documentation for payments platform covering REST, gRPC, and FIX protocols.
- Manage documentation using docs-as-code workflows and tools like Git and Redocly.
- Optimize and build documentation tooling and automation to support product expansion.
- Collaborate closely with Product Managers, Engineers, and Partner Engineers to gather technical information and set standards.
Requirements
- Must have 8+ years experience as a Technical Writer documenting complex fintech or payments software.
- Proficiency with docs-as-code workflows, Git, OpenAPI Specification, and Redocly.
- Deep knowledge of API-level reference materials and UI guides for payments products.
- Location: Hybrid with in-office presence in California, USA.
- Strong fintech, payments, or cryptocurrency/blockchain domain knowledge.
Nice to have
- Programming experience (Python, JavaScript) to write and troubleshoot code examples and tooling.
