Location: Must be based in the Bay Area (San Francisco and Palo Alto) or Seattle, WA, or be open to relocation to these areas.

Salary: $180,000 - $440,000 USD annually

What you will do

• Drive the development of real-time video and multimodal world models.
• Improve data quality, develop data filtering/generation techniques, and perform data studies.
• Create evaluation frameworks and internal benchmarks.
• Design and implement effective and efficient algorithms for state-of-the-art model performance.
• Collaborate with product teams to push the frontiers of model capability and end-to-end user experience.

Requirements

• Track record in leading studies that significantly improve the capability and performance of neural networks.
• Experience in data-driven experiment design and systematic analysis for iterative model debugging.
• Experience in developing or working with large-scale distributed machine learning systems.
• Ability to do whatever is necessary to deliver the best end-to-end user experience.
• Proficiency in Python, Jax, and Rust.
• English: B2 required

Nice to have

• Experience in graphics engines and rendering techniques.
