Location: Onsite in Lisbon, Portugal. Relocation support to Portugal provided for employees and their family members.

What you will do

• Lead the art team, providing constructive art feedback and training.
• Help with creating all necessary art materials for projects from concept phase to final product.
• Collaborate with the Art Director to evaluate staffing requirements and be involved in artist recruitment.
• Perform quality control and identify work process improvements.
• Be a role model for the team, creating a healthy and positive vibe.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience in a similar position.
• Understanding of industry-standard practices, tools, pipelines, workflows, technical budgeting, and real-time development challenges.
• Strong aesthetic skills with the ability to work with different art styles.
• Ability to lead, inspire, grow, and motivate a diverse team of artists.
• Attention to visual details.
• Ability to meet deadlines and collaborate with a team.
• Great artistic portfolio.
• English: Required.
