- Manage and nurture relationships with complex and high-profile accounts.
- Conduct strategic planning to meet account-specific business needs.
- Exercise broad authority in setting and negotiating product/service terms.
- Create, implement, and monitor comprehensive sales plans.
- Lead and mentor a small team of junior account managers.
- Develop and execute upselling and cross-selling strategies within accounts.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent relevant experience and 7+ years’ experience in Field Sales or Account Management.
- Experience in the healthcare technology space (payer, provider, or vendor) and working with risk adjustment software.
- Advanced strategic communication and high-level negotiation expertise.
- Proficiency in complex sales strategy development and CRM tools.
- Ability to lead and mentor junior team members.
- Exceptional client relationship management and advanced analytical skills.
